About Us

Welcome To Life Strategies

I’m Jo Ransome, your dedicated Business Strategist, Trauma Practitioner and Mental Health Advocate and I’m here to embark on a transformative journey with you and your Business.

In our realm, success isn’t a cookie-cutter concept. It’s a thorough evaluation of your unique identity. Picture us as more than just strategists; we’re storytellers, weaving together the threads of people, culture, and collaborative innovation to create a narrative of success that’s uniquely yours.

Whether you’re navigating the landscape of a startup or steering an established business toward a new horizon, our strategies are tailored to resonate with your heartbeat. We don’t just see businesses; we see living entities with stories waiting to unfold.

At the core of our mission is a commitment to the well-being of your team. As advocates for mental health, we don’t just integrate wellness strategies; we create environments where individuals flourish, and success is measured in smiles as much as in profits.

Collaboration for us is a personal endeavour. Procurement, logistics, and customer service aren’t just functions; they’re threads woven into the tapestry of a thriving ecosystem that we nurture with care.

Testimonials

In my past, I have tried and failed to deal with childhood trauma using traditional means ie. appointments with psychologists. Nothing worked until Jo Ransome helped me through the TRTP program. It was life-changing! Jo is so passionate about helping people live their best life. She genuinely cares and is such a calm guide through all the steps. Jo remains a constant source of inspiration, positive energy and I can't ever thank her enough.

There are less than a hand full of paid experiences or therapies that I've experienced that I consider to be absolutely invaluable. TRTP is one of these few things. Prior to the experience I spent several hours debating how to justify the expense and the time it would take to complete this therapy. I considered whether I even had enough trauma to require it in the first place. So much doubt surrounded it and I had very little understanding of what was involved. Knowing and seeing the results, the expansion and the growth that comes from this exercise, it's hard to imagine a limit to the cost I would pay. How could I put a price on the feeling of love for self and for life that I have experienced since taking on this therapy. It's certainly not the whole picture and there is work still to be done to maintain this new sensation but this is the fundamental base I needed to start from. I feel reborn. I feel fresh. I'm so incredibly grateful to my TRTP practitioner Jo Ransome. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in the process whilst still coaching me in a way that maximised the results. I've risen above my trauma. In fact I don't even call it that anymore. It was simply an experience that I had once perceived as traumatic. I advise anyone considering this method to go for it but more importantly if you do chose this, go all in. Do you're homework and throw yourself at it. The best results will come from that
